rmcc as a multi-procurement specialist, delivers interior construction service solutions for commercial fit-outs a full range of procurement routes with all the leading specialist sub-contractors and suppliers. As no two projects are the same, we tailor our approach to reflect the needs of our clients and their professional team.
Our projects range from small bespoke offices to multi floor fit-outs, from category A reinstatement’s to major office refurbishments. As often is the case, our works brings us into “live” buildings, but our approach is to ensure that “Noise, Dirt & Inconvenience” are kept to a minimum. Backboned by experienced engineers, rmcc is managed and owned by people who know their business, and can do business.
Fit-Out
Our team can provide a complete service, from design to the onsite activities, including, floors, ceilings, walls, joinery, electrics, data, heating/cooling, etc., to furniture, to office relocation. We have the expertise and specialists to provide any of your needs, whether they are feature plasterboard ceilings, acoustic walls, graphics, glazed wall, etc.
Refurbishment
As space within the prime working zone becomes scarce you may wish to refurbish an existing building to meet your requirements, be it a 1960’s apartment or a Georgian building, we have the experience and knowledge to carry out this work to give you a building that is suitable for your end use. We apply many of the old building methods to reinstate a building to its former glory. We have specialists who can restore your building with their specialist skills, such as, lime render, sash windows, brick façade’s, plaster mouldings, etc.
